Distance Selling Contract

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

SELLER: KOLAT MOTOSİKLET BİSİKLET MOTORLU ARAÇLAR SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Contact: 0850 303 42 00)
BUYER: Name/Surname, Address and Contact Information (Processed over the customer information recorded by the system during the order.)

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT AND SCOPE

This Contract has been established electronically between the Buyer and the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The contract covers the basic features of the purchased product, sales price, payment, and delivery conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is eliminated.
• It has been agreed that the parties will not be responsible and will not be subject to penal action in extraordinary situations (force majeure) that may occur during the delivery phase.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from and return the product without showing any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the goods.
• If the consumer ships with the contracted cargo company, they cannot be held responsible for the shipping and delivery costs related to the return.
• If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the buyer's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller's damages at the rate of fault.
• If the consumer has not been properly informed about the right of withdrawal, they are not bound by the 14-day period.
