As Kolat Motosiklet Bisiklet Motorlu Araçlar San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Kolat Motosiklet” and “Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of personal data. Kolat Motosiklet takes the highest level of security measures within the framework of relevant legislation to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy. With the awareness of this responsibility, as the data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, we process your personal data as explained below and within the framework of the legislation.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), it has been explained within what scope your personal data can be processed by Kolat Motosiklet Bisiklet Motorlu Araçlar San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as the data controller.

2) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data can be processed by Kolat Motosiklet in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the legislation for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment of the commercial activities carried out by Kolat Motosiklet in accordance with the legislation and Company policies;
• Determination of Kolat Motosiklet's human resources policy and execution of its activities;
• Ensuring the commercial, technical, and legal security of relevant persons who have a business relationship with Kolat Motosiklet and establishing contact with these real/legal persons;
• Fulfilling the burden of proof as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.

3) To Whom and For What Purpose the Data Can Be Transferred

Personal data is transferred within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK limited to the purposes listed above (e.g. business partners, affiliates, legally authorized institutions).

4) Rights of the Data Subject

• Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion of information.
